There is no need for mortgage lending experience. Experience in financial services, running your own business and sales experience is desirable.

Notes on Cost		$35,200 for a new franchise/greenfield. $13,750 plus negotiated asking price for established franchise. The purchase price includes Training, Business Support materials & GST. The franchisee will also need to purchase a laptop meeting minimum specifications and pay for industry memberships.

Working Capital Required		Mortgage Choice advises new franchsiees to allow for a minimum 6-12 month period.

Training and Support		Franchisees are required to attend a two-week Induction Program covering aspects of selling, marketing and mortgage broking. On successfully completing this program, the franchisee will graduate with a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking). Mortgage Choice will support franchisees throughout their term rather than just in the 'initial stages' e.g. Conferences, constant Group and State Office support
