Ideal Franchisee		Ideally the Franchisee should have some experience within the Building, Repair and Maintenance industry. That would suit a husband and wife team with the capital behind them to fund the growth of the business. We are looking for people with good communication skills and a desire to move into a project management role once the business is developed. A Building Licence is not required, although one should check with licensing authorities to determine what is required in each State.

Earnings Information		The franchisor does not give earnings information Earnings may vary between franchises and the franchisor cannot estimate earnings for a particular franchise.

Working Capital Required		$10,000 to $15,000 working capital is required by a franchisee as the business is built up from scratch.

Training and Support		An initial 4 day training and a further 1 week will be provided helping the franchisee to launch their business. Ongoing support including administration and marketing is provided thereafter and training is ongoing according to the needs of the franchisee.

Access to Franchisees		A prospective franchisee will be introduced to other franchisees within the system at the appropriate time and by arrangement with the franchisor. This would be done at the time that the prospective franchisee is given a disclosure document and franchise agreement, and when a refundible deposit is paid.
